The ACE AF1 HOLLOW features a hollow kingpin and axles, ensuring the lightness of this truck. The AF1 model is carefully manufactured using ACE's proprietary casting process. After years of development, the ACE AF1 boasts a 70% increase in aluminum structural integrity, making it the strongest cast truck available.
These new trucks are manufactured with high-quality AA 356.2 alloy using a proprietary casting method, with True T6 heat-treated baseplates and hangers. The axles feature SAE 4140 steel alloy, oversized to eliminate bearing wobble, and a hand-poured soft urethane bushing for better response during your ride.
This model is 8.6% lighter than the standard AF1. It is manufactured with high-quality AA 356.2 alloy using our own casting method and features proprietary True T6 heat-treated baseplates and hangers. Its axles are made of SAE 4140 steel alloy, oversized to eliminate bearing wobble.
