Return Policy: You can return assembled furniture and used items within 365 days of purchase, provided certain conditions are met. We accept returns for all home furnishing products and unopened food items, with the exception of certain items such as those from our furniture buy-back service.

*Outlet items can only be returned within 14 days of receipt.
*Returns for food items and cut products will be refunded using our designated return card.

How to return: You can return items either in-store or via delivery. Please bring the product along with proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice (which you will receive via email after the service is completed for online purchases), or IKEA Family purchase history, to the returns counter/customer service counter. Registering your return in advance using the link below will ensure a smoother process.

* POP Kyoto, POP Okayama, POP Hiroshima and POP Pop-up Store do not accept returns and exchanges of products purchased at other stores. Please bring them to your nearest POP store. Express return is not available for these stores.
